Mary and Joseph have to flee to Egypt. It isn't what they wanted but what they had to do. We also deal with life's unexpected stuff and we can wonder where God is. We can actually become desperate. Yet, Jesus is with us. It is his promise. Ultimately, God sustains - when our circumstances cause abrupt changes in our plans.
